At Dark Horse Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel. To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your parcel at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
